The food is excellent, the service is top-notch, and they offer a late check-out at 11 am; the building and rooms are pleasant with all necessary amenities, and there are plenty of breakfast options available.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Matthews. The hotel was well appointed and the food was outstanding. The whole room was stocked and coolwith microwave, a completely remodeled bathroom and a king bed. Its location was unbeatable and the staff were knowledgeable people from Chet the manager. Local fast food option Firehouse Subs was 5 minutes walk away.

It was clean and the staff were attentive, beds were exceptionally comfortable. I loved the stay.

Our room had a bathtub. The location is convenient with many restaurant options nearby. The hotel is close to a shopping area with various dining options, baseball fields, and a shopping center.

The location with Charlotte is very good.

The breakfast room was very small. It is a little bit difficult to find the hotel because the signage is missing.

This place is fairly clean with pleasant staff making it convenient as it is close to various food places and also in proximity to Charlotte with shops and restaurants nearby.

Quiet, clean bathroom, large rooms. Cleaning staff was quick and friendly. Wish breakfast would be alot longer. Hotel surrounded by shopping plaza so you could walk outside the hotel and be close to everything.

Pool was closed. When we first walked in the hotel had a bad smell to it. The elevator almost closed my body in between the doors. So you better move quickly! Shoulders hurted for 2 days.

The location here was super convenient and peaceful for checking out the area. 😊 When it came to breakfast, they had a great selection with fluffy pancakes, eggs, and crispy bacon. Everything was served hot and packed with flavor. Plus, we were able to check in early, which was a nice bonus!
